HYUNDAI IHL recognizes that, when it does its business, it is a basic obligation to take an ethical responsibility in accordance with social norms as well as an economic/legal responsibility.
Thus, it adheres to an ethical anagement in which corporate decision-making and action principles are based on that obligation.

The ethical management of HYUNDAI IHL aims to establish a fair and transparent corporate culture by the improvement of corporate ethical standards including the restriction of corruption and graft in our members.

Ethical Guidelines

To follow its ethical management, all employees of HYUNDAI IHL fill out the Code of Ethics pledge every year, and its main contents are described as follows :

Ethics pledge - 1. All employees of HYUNDAI IHL shall not receive any financial or material benefits (e.g., cash, marketable securities, gift cards, membership, and airline tickets) from partner companies or persons concerned in any case./2. All employees of HYUNDAI IHL shall not be treated or receive discount benefits from partner companies or persons concerned in any case./3. All employees of HYUNDAI IHL shall not place a bet with partner companies or persons concerned in any case./4. All employees of HYUNDAI IHL shall use a cafeteria in the company if they are going to have a meal with an employee of a partner company or a person concerned. If they are going to have a meal outside the company due to conditions beyond control, their meal conditions should be within social norms./5. All employees of HYUNDAI IHL do not, in any shape or form, solicit requests, exert undue influence, or make personal requests to partner companies or persons concerned.
